Papi Cabernet Sauvignon

Red color with dark violet tones. Spiced aromas, especially pepper. Soft tannins with a sweet finish on the palate. A very easy to drink wine.

Accompanies well with poultry and pasta dishes.

Origin: D.O. Central Valley – Chile

Vinification: The grapes are fermented in stainless steel

tanks with selected yeasts. The temperature is kept between 25 to 26˚C for 4 to 5 days. After the alcoholic fermentation takes place, the free run juice is separated from the skins on the pneumatic press. 100% of the wine has Malolactic Fermentation.

Finning: Only if it is necessary the wine is treated with specific gelatin and finally it is filtered by diatomeas earth filter.

Bottling: the wine is filtered on the line through a plate and sterile membrane when bottling takes place.
