Papi Sauvignon Blanc

Beautiful pale yellow color, with green hints. In the nose, citric notes and little muscat notes. On palate is fresh, sweet and with good acidity. Tasty and pleasant persistence. Great as an aperitif, accompanies very well with salads and seafood.

Origin: D.O. Central Valley – Chile

Vinification: The grapes are cooled and pumped to the pneumatic press to get the must. Alcoholic fermentation starts with selected yeasts on stainless steel tanks. The temperature is kept between 14 to 16˚C for about 21 days days.

Finning: With bentonite and then the wine filtered by diatomeas earth filter.

Bottling: the wine is filtered on line through plate and sterile membrane when bottling takes place.
